The room was clean, comfortable and sufficient to my needs.
No facility to iron one's own clothes, however, hotel staff arranged for a local dry cleaning company to collect my garments and do the necessary. Everything was done in 30 mins which was impressive. No cleaning staff came to clean my room throughout my four night stay even though other rooms were. I had to formally request additional toilet rolls myself at reception. When I checked out, I enquired as to why, only to be told that, in their experience, some guests don't like to have their rooms entered by unknown persons, (ie cleaning staff). Instead of assuming I fell into that category, it would've been nice of them to ask me first. One of the receptionists in particular, who covered the night shift, had a rather prickly/cold disposition about him. I returned to the hotel late on Sunday night (and final night of my stay), and as I was about to ascend the flight of stairs and head for the lift, he bellowed out, with other persons present, "Hey, you owe for an additional night!" I pointed out to him as calmly as I could, despite feeling embarassed, that I had already paid all that was due and was set to be checking out the following day as per the original agreement. He double checked his records and found my assertion to be correct. I received no apology. If one is able to rise above these minor negative aspects then its not a bad hotel on the whole. I wouldn't advise against staying there, (in answer to your next question).
Clealiness and affordability
wi fi , air condition , comfort bedding
no food and no machines that help you to make your foods by your self as microwafe or water boiler at least and some rooms filled with cockroaches
The staff at the reception was very courteous, the hotel situated in the heart of madinat zayed. Good for indian people..couple of indian restuarants near by .. with madinat zayed shopping mall at a walkable distance ..can have a good time.
The only good thing was the security guy on reception was very helpful.
To be honest they say you get what you pay for and we did. Sorry to say that this hotel needs tlc. Wouldn't recommend or stay again.
